様々なプロジェクトに参加した経験から、私はこう確信しています。
「成功の理由は多面的で明確に言い切れないが、失敗には常に明確な原因がある」
失敗の背景には、”プロジェクトを進めるための計画”が存在することがあります。
言い換えれば、それらは客観的な経済合理性を欠いていたのです。
経済合理性とは、最小限の時間と経営資源にて目標を達成し成果を最大化するという原則、すなわち効率性を追求する明確な基盤に基づいた意思決定と行動を目指すことです。
経済合理性を軸としたコミュニケーションを通じてクライアントのビジョンと理想を確認しながら、プロジェクトを成功へと導くことに貢献します。

From my experience participating in various projects, I am convinced of this:
“The reasons for success are multifaceted and impossible to pinpoint definitively, but failure always has a clear cause.”
The background to failure often involves plans created with project advancement as the primary focus.
In other words, they lacked objective economic rationality.
Economic rationality is the principle of achieving goals and maximizing outcomes with minimal time and management resources—a clear foundation for decisions and actions that pursue efficiency.
Through communication centered on economic rationality, we contribute to guiding projects toward success while confirming the client’s vision and ideals.

We pursue the most efficient and effective choices and actions to optimize the use of management resources, contributing to project success from a medium-to-long-term perspective and striving to maximize profits.

When balancing short-term thinking with long-term sustainability, discussions may sometimes become contentious.

History

バブル経済期の学生アルバイト時代からバブル崩壊前後の社会人経験の中で、国内外の開発プロジェクトにおける企画・PM・運営の経験を積みました。
直近十数年は全国チェーン店のレストラン開発に携わり、経済合理性に基づいた投資を実行することで、数多くのプロジェクトを成功させて参りました。

From my student part-time work during the bubble economy era to my professional experience around the bubble’s collapse, I gained practical experience in planning, project management, and operations for domestic and international real estate development projects.
Over the past decade or so, I have been involved in developing nationwide chain restaurants, successfully executing numerous projects by implementing investments based on economic rationality.
