様々なプロジェクトに参加した経験から、我々はこう確信しております。
「成功の理由は多面的で明確に言い切れないが、失敗には常に明確な原因がある」
失敗の背景には、”プロジェクトを進めるための計画”が存在することがあります。
言い換えれば、それらは客観的な経済合理性を欠いていたのです。
経済合理性とは、最小限の時間と経営資源にて目標を達成し成果を最大化するという原則、すなわち効率性を追求する明確な基盤に基づいた意思決定と行動を目指すことです。
経済合理性を軸としたコミュニケーションを通じてクライアントのビジョンと理想を確認しながら、プロジェクトを成功へと導くことに貢献します。

From our experience participating in various projects, we are convinced of this:

The background to failure often involves plans created with project advancement as the primary focus.
In other words, they lacked objective economic rationality.
Economic rationality is the principle of achieving goals and maximizing outcomes with minimal time and management resources—a clear foundation for decisions and actions that pursue efficiency.

We pursue the most efficient and effective choices and actions to optimize the use of management resources, contributing to project success from a medium-to-long-term perspective and striving to maximize profits.
An ideal decision-making process considers not only efficiency but also ethics and social responsibility.

History

代表者経歴
1980年代：
大学卒業後、建築事務所や総合建設会社の設計部門（都市開発）にて、住宅設計の実務経験を積んだ
1990年代：
修士課程修了後、総合商社に勤務し米国およびオーストラリアにおいて、住宅、ホテル、冷蔵倉庫、オフィスビルなどの開発プロジェクトを担当した
2000年代：
複数の会社を設立し代表取締役として、不動産コンサルティング、建築設計事務所、人材紹介・派遣サービス、海外ウェディング、レストランなどの事業を展開した
2011年～2025年：
日本マクドナルド店舗開発部門に所属し、不動産管理部、設計・施工部、投資モデル最適化部、および開発戦略部で部長職を歴任した
2026年～：
会社の設立と同時に、コンサルティングサービスの提供を開始

Representative’s Career
1980s:
After graduating from college, I gained practical experience in residential design at an architectural firm, and in the design department (urban development) of a general construction company.
1990s:
After completion of the Master’s Program, I worked for a general trading company, where I led development projects including residential properties, hotels, a cold storage warehouse, and office buildings in the United States and Australia.
2000s:
I founded some companies and, as its CEO, expanded into businesses such as real estate consulting, an architectural design firm, recruitment and staffing services, overseas weddings, and restaurants.
From 2011 to 2025:
I worked in the Store Development Division of Japan McDonald’s and held managing director positions in the Real Estate Management Department, the Design and Construction Department, the Investment Model Optimization Department, and the Development Strategy Department.
Starting in 2026,
I began providing consulting services concurrently with the establishment of my company.
